The purpose of the role is to lead Cursio Group’s client services team that provides a direct connection between customers and our advisors. This role will help to identify new opportunities, set review meetings, service clients’ needs and provide administration assistance. Critical to success is a focus on clients’ needs, understanding of people and a commitment to being flexible and challenged. The end result should be a growing number of satisfied clients that will enable Cursio Group to provide more advice across the various businesses; Insurance Broking, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Property Advocacy.

About the role

Cursio Group is seeking to fill this Client Engagement Officer role comprising a number of functions; business development through social media, email marketing, outbound campaigns, phone calls sms and client events.

This role assists every business within Cursio Group’s service offering including Insurance, Financial Planning, Finance Broking and Property Advocacy. It is responsible for bringing our customer experience strategy to life.  You will be required to assist the various advice teams in the implementation and delivery of Cursio Group’s business development and client retention strategy through direct client engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create direct marketing campaigns to grow the business with existing and new clients
  • Identify customer engagement opportunities through direct contact, marketing and events
  • Set review meetings with clients to meet with Advisors
  • Prepare review files for Advisors
  • Provide detail performance reporting and customer insights to the Advice Team so that we can respond to clients’ needs more efficiently
  • Ensure each team meets its quality and productivity targets by providing leadership to drive an effective, efficient, collaborative and customer centric culture
  • Work closely between the advice and administration teams to deliver a sound customer experience
  • Ensure all team members work in a fully compliant manner in line with internal guidelines and obligations, and external regulatory requirements

 

Capabilities & Experience

  • Ability to work within a family / small business
  • Ability to be flexible and work autonomously and also in a team
  • Ability to communicate with a range of clients with varying backgrounds and demographics
  • Customer centric mindset with 2 years’ experience in the financial services and/or real estate industries
